The ultimate goal when developing property in the mountains is to insure that the balance of nature is not diminished by the pure greed of "level and build". With that in mind my latest venture is finally finished. It is a beautiful gated community located here in Western North Carolina just minutes from Waynesville and Maggie Valley. The views of rolling pastures and mountain ranges will take your breath away. Unsolicited, we received a card from the the local community development club (which I never knew even existed) giving us high praises, welcoming us to the community and for the outstanding work we have done with our careful development plan at The Vistas at Buckridge.
